With over two decades of experience as a K-12 Principal, Ms. Bledsoe has been deeply committed to fostering academic success, equity, and community engagement. She is currently
pursuing a Doctorate in Urban Education, building upon a Master’s degree in Cultural
Foundations in Education and Bachelor’s degree in Education and Community
Engagement. Additionally, she hold's certification in Early Childhood Education, reinforcing
her dedication to the foundational stages of learning.
Her desire is to serve at New Testament Christian Academy (NTCA) aligns with her deep
commitment to faith-based education, community impact, and academic excellence.
NTCA provides an opportunity to nurture students both spiritually and academically,
ensuring that education is rooted in biblical principles, character development, and
Christ-centered leadership.
Beyond the classroom, Ms. Bledsoe has served the Body of Christ for over 27 years, actively
engaging in ministry and faith-based leadership at Embassy Center MKE (formerly Parklawn Assembly of God). As a community leader, she serves on multiple Boards that impact and support children and families, advocating for policies that promote educational access, equity, and social justice.
Passionate about environmental advocacy, she is a champion of clean water and green spaces to enhance community well-being. With a mission to empower, educate, and uplift, she
continues to lead at the intersection of education, faith, and social impact.
