Enrollment / Admissions for Current Families
Step 1: Complete a FACTS Application for a New Student in your family, if applicable
Unsure how to find the Family Portal? Click here to login to the FACTS family portal.
Within the FACTS Family Portal:
- Click Apply/Enroll, then select Application (New Student) menu option for a new student from your family.
This process will allow you to apply for admission for your new student.

Step 2: Complete the Private School Choice Program application
Families who qualify for Private School Choice Program receive a voucher to attend NTCA at no cost.
Unsure if you qualify? Click here to see if you qualify for a voucher. If you qualify, complete the choice application.
Step 3: Complete NTCA Forms
Print and complete the forms listed below under Downloads
- 2024-2025 Re-Enrollment Checklist and forms for your current student(s)
- 2024-2025 Admissions Checklist and forms (If you are adding a new student from your family)
