Mrs. Stacie Winkler

MRS. WINKLER IS SO EXCITED TO WORK with the staff, students, and families at NTCA!  She is looking forward to being able to share her faith with the children and families at NTCA and eager to be a part of teaching students how to become the person that God desires them to be.

For the past 19 years, Mrs. Winkler has been teaching in the Waukesha School District and before that she taught in Milwaukee for two years and before that in Houston, Texas for three years.  She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Stephen F. Austin State University in Texas and her Masters in Reading Education from Concordia in Mequon.  

Mrs. Winkler is looking forward to getting to know the students in her class, forming relationships with them, and watching them grow over the school year.  

Mrs. Winkler can often be found in her garden in the summer months!  She and her husband love to travel, bike, take walks, paddle-board, and play with their 3 cats.  

Mrs. Winkler’s favorite verse is Jeremiah 29:11.  "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."  Mrs. Winkler has always taken comfort in this verse, knowing that God has promised a plan for our lives regardless of our current situation.
